POLICIES

Reservation and Cancellation Policies: We will charge your credit card for the first night’s stay in each cabin or RV site booked.Cancellations or changes to RV sites must be made at least 2 days prior to arrival and will be refunded less a $20.00 administrative fee. Cancellations or changes to a cabin reservation must be made at least 7 days prior to arrival and will be refunded less a $20.00 administrative fee.

Cancellations not made within the time limits indicated above will be subject to the deposit charge of the first night’s stay.

Pet Policy: We do allow pets in the RV sites as long as they are on a leash and not left unattended. You must pick up after your pet anywhere in the park. Guests should be aware that Yosemite National Park has a very restrictive pet policy and guests leaving their pets unattended will be asked to leave.

Please Note: We do not refund for early departures.

Smoking: All cabins are nonsmoking as is the clubhouse.

Length of Stay and RV Sites: There is a 2 night minimum on weekends (Friday & Saturday nights) and a 3 night minimum on holiday weekends. Cabin reservations for one night will be charged an additional $10.00 fee. We assign RV sites based on size, length of stay and type of RV. We do not guarantee any particular site or type of site but will make every effort to accommodate your preferences.

All cabins are Housekeeping Units and ARE NOT cleaned daily during your stay.  They are cleaned on departure.  A cleaning fee of $50.00 will be charged if cabins are not left in reasonable condition
